If you are after the best exercises for losing man boobs, then you will need to pick specific exercises that focus on your chest

The best exercises for getting rid of man boobs are ones that are going to effectively target your chest area, and get you the fastest results possible.

Many men automatically turn to the bench press when they want to improve their chest area. This is a big exercise that is used by countless men in gyms all over the world. However if you want to lose your man boobs, then this particular exercise may not be the best option for you.

Here are 4 of the best exercises for losing man boobs that you will need to include in your training program, to get the pecs that you are meant to have.

1. The first thing to remember is that most chest exercises will build up your chest. They will make your chest bigger, firmer, and stronger. However the fat will stiil be there hanging off your chest.

So it is important to do exercises that are going to burn away your fat. This means doing some cardio work. The sort of cardio exercise that you choose is not really that big of an issue. The imprtant part is that you do each session for a minimum of 20 minutes, and at least 4 times a week. Try to increase your workload in each workout. Even if it is only 30 seconds, it is still an improvement on the previous session.

2. Push ups are very effective at working your chest muscles. The push up has been around for a long time, but it is the basis of virtually all military training. If it’s good enough for them, I’m sure that you will get something out of it.

To get the best results out of push ups, you should try doing them by elevating your feet. This entails having your feet raised on some sort of platform and having your hands on the floor. Once you can do a few of these, normal push ups will be a walk in the park.

3. Dips are a very effective exercise, which is often ignored by a lot of people. You have two reasons behind this. First they can be pretty hard, especially when you start adding weight to your body.

Most people are probably unaware that years ago, the bench press was rarely used by bodybuilders. They swore by dips, and a lot of those guys had massively powerful chests. Dips will work your chest area, as well as your shoulders and triceps.

4. You can do the bench press but do inclined bench press instead of the flat bench press. This targets your upper chest more than the flat bench press. This exercise can really show a marked improvement in your chest.

Training in this manner will soon provide you with the results that you are after.
